We have a rigorous recruitment and selection programme, and we focus on comprehensive staff training and on-going assessment to ensure quality care standards are continuously met across the organisation.

Each of our Everycare offices has successfully been assessed and has achieved registration with its relevant health and social care regulatory and inspectorate body: Care Standards Inspectorate for Wales (CSSIW), Care Quality Commission (CQC) or Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland (SCSWIS).
